Learn how to Forage Nettles, brew a Nettle "Champagne" (or soda if you don't drink alcohol) & how to create a delicious medicinal dessert using Nettles--free of dairy, gluten, eggs and refined-sugar with Tara from The Medicine Circle. We will talk about the magic and medicine of Nettles as we create together!

Learn about the ancient use, magic, and story of Nettles from Ireland with Lucy O'Hagan of Wild Awake Ireland. Lucy is a guide in Wild Awake Education in Ireland aiming to rekindle environmental and cultural resilience through the (re)learning of ancestral and traditional skills in nature.  

Listen to the Traditional Irish music of fiddler Jessie Burns w/her husband Eric Thorin on bass. Jessie grew up in the British Isles and was surrounded with Irish Culture and music. She can be found performing with Bonnie Paine, Colorado based band Take Down the Door, & she is a founding member of the US-based Celtic fiddling trio, The Bow Tides. Eric Thorin, is a Grammy Nominated bass player, composer, arranger, and producer.
